Movement in Stillness, Stillness in Movement

Springtime is already flourishing and nursing the seeds that wants to be born. The earth is vibrating with life and the sky above is calling for attention with glorious sunshine accompanied by soothing birds songs.
New life is emerging all over, awakening from a deep rest. That awakening is a movement born in stilness, where the call and the answer is deeply rooted in the source of life.
Life is co-creating itself as a natural state of being and we are a part of that

Are you wanting renewal for your body and spirit? Isn’t it essential — after a long winter — to touch your deep source of inspiration and creativity?

If this is important to you, join internationally respected spiritual teacher, Richard Moss, at the gorgeous, restful venue Mellem-Rummet for the 5-day retreat: “Movement in stilness, stilness in movement.“

In the Thomas Gospel, Jesus says, “If they ask you for a sign of the Kingdom within you, tell them it is a movement in stillness.” He is saying that the Kingdom is not a place outside of us, but it is a state of being that we realize directly when we have found our way to rest in the deeper stillness.

Once we can do that, we can then allow the mind to work as it meant to — to engage the world with skill and resilience rather than to be driven into stress by agitated thoughts — and to find the fullness of being that awaits all of us in the present moment.

Once we learn to become deeply embodied in stillness, our feelings become spacious and positive and our minds become calm.

This retreat is a unique opportunity to learn from and have personal time with Richard Moss. It is a profound and safe opportunity for healing and growth. As you are invited to rest deep into your body, your feelings will become spacious and positive and your mind will become calm. Then you will be capable of engaging the world with skill and resilience rather than to be driven into stress by agitated thoughts

If you value meditation and want to go deeper, if you would love to discover what your body can teach you about spaciousness and wholeness this is the perfect opportunity. And as we deepen there will be ample time for refleksion and questions.

There is limited space available so please register now to reserve your place.

While many women will intuitively resonate to the importance of this work, we wish to extend a special invitation to men: This is the kind of work all men can benefit from if they want to be lovers in the deepest sense at home and invite a new quality of success in their work.”
